Goodman provides the story of the Somalis and how their waters have been fished by thieves and polluted by environmental criminals from more developed countries who not only fail to act, but now harass legitimate Somali activities on the oceans, which protects the foreign thieves.

A virtually sourceless story other than rather vague references from one "Analyst". The article suffers from logical disconnect, we became criminal pirates because only foreigners can catch our fish and dump waste here? Somlia's problems are due to its behavior as a gangster nation.
