Very factual, loaded with numbers, percentages and rationals behind the tax system. Illustrates clearly the inherent unfairness of the current system. THe auther could have linked this inequity to the Tea Protests this past week...part and parcel.

The author fails to note that the 10% that pays 71% of the taxes also owns 69.8% of the total wealth of the country. The concentration of wealth within that 10% has MUCH more to do with how much they pay in taxes than any other factor.
