People, I't time. The war is over. The government, not the people, lost. After billions of dollars, thousands of kids life"s ruined for simple possession, It's time.

I think the author was correct, Obama will be a little more eager to take a position in his second term.

More hard supporting evidence would have been useful. Unsourced statements, e.g. police in Tucson and Phoenix reporting increases in drug related crimes weaken the article.

I favor legalizing marijuana.
