an excellent article that lays the foundation for the future of jurist prudence. Having two thirds of the courts made of conservative silk, Obama needs to pave the way for not a liberal court, just a fair one.

Holden needs to get to work on the prosecutions of the Bush Admin., hiring and firing of lawyers that were completely and faithfully Bush fanatics.

the writer's impact in this piece demonstrates the ideological shift in our courts to the right, and uses much presidential and political history to do so. as such it makes a good case. it explains how the federalist society came into being and the effects a concerted purpose can have, all the way to the last administration's dept.of justice illegalities.
