Two interviews by veteran journalist Bill Moyers which put the current economic crisis into solid context. This transcript show Moyers's knowledge of the topics and respect for the people he interviews and for their p.o.v.'s.; he lets them tell their stories without too much editorializing. In-depth and enlightening.

Mr. Moyers has a way about him that makes you fill that the world will be O.K. While these two people who he interviewed are are as different as can be, they want the same thing. She a better society that is safe for women and children. He a world that works for everyone. I don't know who will get their first.

While not being a socialist, you can't be a capitalist with out believing in some aspects of it.

Battered woman. I think I heard about that previously. Now are we in for another run of battered woman as a big problem? I would have thought the problem would have been solved by now given the billions being spent to solve the problem.
