Yes, It is quality. However, the government will recover a good bit of the bonus through taxes. Will the people that returned their bonus be in a position to sue AIG?

I feel that our Congressmen are not doing an adequare job of overseeing the bonus money. The whole business has been done in such hurried fashion that we will probably discover much more problems as time progresses
