Not the most exciting piece, but this draws some smart conclusions about tensions between the United States and Europe over stimulus spending. Worthwhile read.

This is really the first article that I've read indept of WHAT the the rest of the world (I guess we only like 20) thinks about this stimulus plan. Nobody, Nobody, knows what the economy will be next week, much less next year.

I'm not bitchin', but when does this stimulus start?
