Quality is low because it does not dive deep enough into factual analysis or informed insight. It is focused on spurring partisan commentary.

This article just scratches the surface of a topic that requires deeper analysis & insight. It also seems more intent on spurring partisan commentary than informed debate, which is unfortunate.
