The conceit here is that Winant critiques CNBC as though he were a tourist traveling to a strange, foreign land for the first time. Somewhat amusing, but a better-informed piece by a more knowledgeable critic would have been more useful.

This was a funny, readable critique of a day's worth of CNBC programs, but I can't say I took much away from it. Not very informative, and while well worded, not too insightful. The sarcasm is well received, though.
