An excellent article. Who gives a damn about what McCain says? The final truth is that no one knows what the Hell to do with all this waste. No one wants in their backyard.

This is a good, first-hand account of what recently transpired at a Congressional Committee meeting, the results of which affect all of us. It shows some context, but as usual this issue is emotional and "special interests" are involved.
