While the NAACP has been almost irrelevant in the last decade, Mr. Serwer's article on Ben Jealous seems to say it's not dead yet. With this well sourced article on the past and into the future, it seems Mr.Jealous may make an important contribution to the civil rights movement.

I like the idea that Mr. Jealous doesn't just put Blacks in the movement, but other minorities as well.
