One judge asked the Justice Department lawyer if the change in administrations had any bearing on the case.

"No, your honor," came the reply.

As usual, Helen gets to the point. And a good point it is. I know Obama has a plate full of other more important issues, but whats more important than a mans life.

While Holder is just getting adjusted to his new job, he must remember that there are people locked up in jail and are in solitaire and need his help ASAP.
