Has good info and is worth reading, but fails to mention the U.N. meeting next month in Vienna to address drug policy reform. Top Democratic strategists have also reportedly agreed that marijuana prohibition must end. Beyond this, the author's opinion expressed at the end that most people "may not be ready" does not match recent polls or opinions expressed online at Change.gov and every other website where debate is supposedly encouraged.
