Ir appears to be quality journalism but I am not quite sure that we are not at risk from rogue countries. How about Iran? They are very close to having a buclear capability.

If Iran gets a nuclear bomb, explodes it at high altitude over the USA and wioes out all of our electronid and electric capability, we will be in trouble. If Israel bombs Iran we will be drawn into the war! Now does Barney Frank guarantee that is not going to happen?
