A well presented story on an important topic. Lots of background information, quotes and opinions from all sides. IT would have been more balanced with a Legal opinion based on existing law and Federal laws in effect for employers. The Actual Law seems to have been skirted with more focus on the critical view of the E-Verify Program.

Illegal Aliens DO not have the rights of Citizens on most levels and should be deported upon discovery here. E-Verify should be required FOR all employers with huge fines for violators. If enforcement was conducted, the flow of illegals would dwindle.
