The title says it all. This is an honest evaluation of where the Republican Party is today. The author hopes to wake people up to the reality that even though this may still be a center-right country, the people are not with the party.

Advice for the republicons from a republicon. If (like me) you thought there might be some co-operation offered here you will be disappointed, there is no spirit of compromise or bipartisanship presented in this article.
