I feel like this article has the frame of personal responsibility. This is because there is a lot of calling to action. The writer talks about how Latinos are getting together in their communities to vote and protest against the Arizona law. The people quoted are those who organize the events and are part of immigrant rights organizations There were not a lot of facts except maybe the prediction of Latino’s turn out in the polls. It seems as if the writer is trying to say that it is the responsibility of the Latinos to win this battle against the Arizona law.
