1. The article did not explain the complexities of the issue. While it was fairly enterprising I think there could have been more facts about the law and explained the problems. There were a lot of quotes from people in organizations but not a lot of facts. The article did not explain why polls said that Latinos were going to have a low turn out. 2. The picture slide show helped with the understanding of the issue because i had the chance to see real people with real opinions about the law. But I still did not see the other side of this story. I only saw the "victims' side which is of the Latinos. 3. It answered the question of the article. Latinos are angry and voting for their rights, but I still want to know how officials and the government are reacting to all the Latino turn out for voting. How are citizens of Arizona that are not Latino reacting to this? 4. I think it will get people talking about voting in general. But I also think it will give Latinos a better name in society because they are educating and organizing themselves in order to vote. 5. The article did have racial and cultural element to the story but it did not really promote cross cultural understanding at all. It was mostly about Latinos voting and organizing themselves amongst each other. There weren't any other races mentioned.
