There is some subjectivity in the selection of which promises are the top promises, and the determination of whether the promises were kept, compromised, broken, and the progress bars for in the works. The collection of promises and monitoring them is an impressive task, if done objectively.

So many promises, and still under 100 days. Too much credit for escalating wars. Too little discredit for civil rights regarding habeas corpus, prosecution for torture, secrecy claims trumping legal rights, rights to sue the government for wiretapping, corporate liability for wiretapping.
