The article tackles significant issues that have been abrasive between the US and Canada as a result of Bush's aggressive bad judgment. The tidbits about other presidents provides some scope and perspective of how bad Bush has been.

It is interesting, and starts off with a tone of humor, which then turns into a list of bad U.S. Presidents and tells why Canadians didn't like them, and then ends too soon. One commenter wonders why the writer and paper took so long to publish an article like this. It doesn't take much courage to jump on the pile when you actually have to jump to get on the pile.
