If these stories are true, the American news media should be ashamed. The same thing happened in the Gulf war, when reporters were "allowed" to follow some Captain around while he told them the news. Unlike Vietnam, where real reporter's made there careers, western reporters are now lead around like sheep.

Some of my most vivid memories were of my father watching Dan Rather reporting from the field in Vietnam and my father trying to explain "War" to a small boy.
