This is a decent news story. The inclusion of the president of Clean Air Watch quoting on the governments initiative was a nice touch, but it would have been better if he had more to say about government practices and past reports. Also, this article lacks a bit of information. When the article states that the government institutions will be monitored but not penalized for lowering energy emissions and waste, but low performers will be exposed on "web sites" for the public, I felt that a link to these sites would have been necessary. A more interesting article could be a future followup of these government institutions to see if they actually keep their promises of becoming more energy efficient in various areas, with a recap of the information in this piece.
