this is a 'sky is falling' opinion from a psychiatrist turned social critic about the inevitable consequences if we have a public health care system. most of his predictions sound quite unreasonable and unrealistic, including active" euthanasia for medically expensive children", altho some, for example, " increased birth control and slower population growth", may become reality and be beneficial. but he presents each and all of them as going to "unleash dreadful moral ...
