How the hell did Rick Warren get inauguration tickets?

So about the only thing less surprising than the outrage that news of Warren's selection to give the invocation at Obama's inauguration is prompting among gay activists, liberals and Obama supporters generally is probably Warren's appearance on the program in the first place. Full Story »

This is an excellent commentary article. The President elect has stated that he plans to work with all that he can. Inviting Rick Warren to provide the invocation at the inauguration is an example.

The facts are set out clearly. Nevertheless a deeper analysis including some indication of what the LBGT community plans to do would have made a better piece.

As a Green activist, I expected a fair amount of dsmissal of Obama's leftish support. But this invitation seems inexcusable.
