Takes a while to get the info across...leaves out facts which many would like to keep hidden. Not bad for TIME....does not mention any history of patent law history or intent.

Karen Tumulty and Michael Scherer's headline definitely grabbed my attention. The proceeding introduction (hook) into the article continued to keep my interest. The next couple of paragraphs talk about the significance of the hook and sets up the reader for the caveat. Both journalists do a good job of giving relevant points supporting the article.
