I believe Hillary Clinton will make an excellent Secretary of State. It seems to me that if President-elect Obama is asking her to accept this high-level position in his cabinet, they are both satisfied that she can and will articulate and implement his foreign policy. Of course, Hillary is a strong personality, and I have no doubt she will openly discuss he possible disagreement with the president should that become necessary, but ultimately they will reach accommodation, and she will be loyal to her president.
