This was an eye-opener for me. The author takes appropriate steps to show that this is, in fact, a trend and not an few isolated incidents. Sourcing is essentially complete for an article this length. My biggest quibble is with the term "medical tourism" -- seems lazily used to me. Is there a more intelligent way to put it?
