A very in-depth analysis by two experts of where fault for the current economic situation lies -- and concrete recommendations for fixing it.

The authors write, "An often-overlooked resource is the past." Absolutely. I keep wondering when leaders will turn to history in developing policy and solving problems; some patterns do tend to repeat.
