Although antidotes are interesting =, there needs to be more basis of fact to come to some of the conclusions that are presented. "Shy and Retiring" is plain hook - no substance - no support in the article.

I think what needs to be learned by mainlanders is that Ho' Oponpono is a process that is learned in Hawaii and it is taught in Hawaiian Public schools and private schools . It is a process of communication with peers and opponents wherein you use the strengths of others to learn and gain support. It is also where you solve your differences - not by shouting - but by listening "even if we disagree". Obama is building an ohana of people who will be warriors when necessary. In today's climate we need a team of listeners and supports who have their own mind. I am not a strong supporter of HRC as the SoS but I can see the logic from this article. We shall see.
