Picking Obama's team: Balancing smart retreads with fresh faces

Barack Obama has had an almost perfect two weeks. He will make mistakes in the transition; everyone does. He especially needs to walk a delicate line as he forms a new government.

Since Nov. 4, though, his tone, balance, appointments, priorities and few policy actions have been on key. Small missteps, such as a careless remark abut Nancy Reagan, were rectified immediately.

Barah Obama seems to me is running one of the smoothest transitions iv'e ever witnessed. Not only is he showing strength, but a soft hand behind the scene that Bill Clinton lacked.Picking his staff first so you can get feedback from people you know and trust is a smart move that Clinton should have considered. Now, for the hard part!!
