This is Huffington Post reporting about a National Enquirer story about an alleged affair Cindy McCain is having. HuffPo quotes the story, shows the photo two people kissing, and indicates it's "'particularly dubious' because Cindy McCain was on a trip to Kosovo at the time". So, these ratings are of the HuffPo article, not the Enquirer's article."

Trash, pure and simple. No named sources. A picture that could be any blonde woman. This isn't anywhere near journalism.
