This is an important article which goes a long way to document the actual story of the cleanup of the BP oil catastrophe, as it is playing out on the ground. The author goes to experience for herself what the situation is like - and finds the actual conditions contradict the feel-good statements issued together by our government and BP. A particularly significant piece is the author's interview of an employee of CTEH, a dodgy toxicology / risk assessment company being paid by BP to report on how well BP is doing preventing its workers and the public from being exposed to virulent chemicals (oil residues and dispersant chemicals). She makes a good case that we are being lied to.
