This analysis includes a lot of expert opinions from people in the front lines from both sides of the aisle, such as Joe Trippi, Terry Nelson, and David Plouffe. Teh second graph about how the campaign has "rewritten the rules on how to reach voters, raise money, organize supporters, manage the news media, track and mold public opinion, and wage — and withstand — political attacks" is really quite descriptive, as is the quote by Mr. Ploluffe:"'Without the candidate who excites people...you can have the greatest strategy and machinery and it won’t matter.'” The ramifications of the ever-increasing influence of the internet were intriguing as well.

Let's hope it's a change for the better; this is light-years from when I was growing up in the '60s & '70s.
