A scheme is a project. 'To scheme against' is to calculate or conspire to defraud. In American NY Queens' argot it is called 'a Scam', and therefore their verb is 'to scam'. - So, are we being scammed? Can ducks swim?

Confusing, inaccurate, and badly written, this piece mixes some truth with a lot of sheer fantasy. And the math is no more accurate than the grammar. Since none of this "information" is attributed to a source, I have to assume the writer came up with this grand theory of everything.
