It is good article since it raises the light on what the EU is planning on doing in which many people probably don't know about. However there aren't very many facts in it lowering its quality.

I think it is interesting that they want to instate something about immigration. Part of why i thought the EU came together was to make it easier to pass between countries of the EU. This is a big confusing as to whether there will be added things now when switching countries.
