By virtue of its criticism of journalism, it should be considered significant, and because it is authorative, timely, and interesting, it should be considered excellent. This opinion piece has minimal journalistic merit. Even Obama is distancing himself from ACORN as the numbers of phony registration forms mount up. And Democratic city and state officials are making many of the charges against ACORN. The author demostrates his bias in calling everything the fault of the "right wing" when he should know that George Bush is not a right-winger, since he claims to have worked as a reporter in Texas.
