Narrow-minded, one-sided perspective on an issue that is much more complex than the authors make it to be. The authors' opinions are presented as they were facts, notably the statement that " free public services for illegals are hurting local and state economies." No factual evidence is presented to support this misleading statement, which further reduces my confidence in the questionable coverage from this known partisan publication.

This editorial has considerable journalistic merit. It points out an important issue that should be discussed more during the current campaign and faults both Presidential candidates equally for their failure to do so. However it is an opinion and contains little original reporting, so it does not rise to the top level of journalism.
