offers quite a bit of information about the new administrator of the financial 'rescue' plan. mentions that he (as well as treasury sec'y paulson may be replaced in january with a new president, but doesn't discuss how the new law's oversight by congress may impact mr. kashkarian's decisions on how to implement the plan.
