Some claims are not sourced, but others cite fairly convincing evidence. The statements provided by Caterpillar and AT&T about their health care-related costs are corroborated by an assessment from the director of the CBO, who wrote that the incentives for employers to drop coverage under the new law are "strong." Hatch's open letter does not address the whole health care plan, so it's not a game-changing opinion, but this specific line of argument is compelling.

Considering the record of this Senator's relationship to the truth, I don't trust his statements at all.
