This story is good but falls into a trap. How has the difference between conservatives and liberals become defined by being factual and taking on the theater of the far right? Conservatives used to be those who were slow to accept change but thoughtful and rational in their approach. That does not describe the social conservatives. They are unconcerned with the facts. This article describes the difference between Rachel Maddow and Randi Rhodes. Rhodes appears to be the irrationally left and Maddow the thoughtful slightly to the left
