Objective story supported by links to other sources, if one had all the time to delve that deeply into the issue. If the drilling ban expires tomorrow, then according to McCain, Bush, and company, we can expect much lower prices at the pump and copious amounts of new oil--say by Thursday? Friday at the latest?

Grist is one of the better websites that tracks environmental legislation accurately, with humor, and without partisan bias. Links are provided for the senate and house roll call votes along with a brief analysis of the vote and what may occur regarding offshore oil drilling with a new administration.

Loaded with evidence links. The language seems quite neutral, coming from an environmental magazine. A few numbers about OCS potential and expert viewpoints would have been good additions.
