Informative history of racial profiling in Arizona immigration enforcement, highlighting two incidents. The section on "preventing a recurrence" is shallow and brief.

This piece is very much written from the perspective of the police and government, and for that it loses points for fairness and sourcing. The reporters did a decent job explaining how the police responded to profiling allegations in the past, but they fail to survey the profiling victims, the Arizona hispanic community and advocacy groups, about whether they think profiling still occurs.
