Numbers are one of the most difficult facts to report in such a way as to be understandable by ordinary readers. This accomplishes that goal and is, therefore, scary.

A truly frightening account, I wish it was getting more media attention. Even though it relies mostly on the opinion of one expert, his expertise is substantial enough to warrant attention. Am I the only person on this site who remembers waiting up in 1960 until Illinois finally came in for JFK?? And that was with old fashioned ballots and machines;I believe it also survived a court challenge..
