Very limited opinion/advocacy piece from one point of view. Fails to even touch on some of the bigger picture in relationship to China and Russia which are cited repeatedly as reasons for the author's position. Cites T.Boone Pickens as strong backer for author's opinion, but fails to note the profits Mr. Pickens would earn from the proposed legislation.
