why isn't the sweet Ashley Cooper labled a critic of the law? instead it is the critics of the lawsuit. a thousand to 1? really? totally biased no quotes from the "critics of the lawsuit" Much talk about racial profiling but not much sense that it is really being challanged on teh supremacy clause.
