Posted by Kaizar CampwalaDramatic footage and in-depth reporting on how the dangers of illegal immigration are deeply intertwined with the American economy and way of life. Good, tough interviewing, too.
An original perspective on the U.S.-Mexico immigration debate (lots of new information to me). Clearly explains the issue, what is at stake, who is involved; enterprising interviews and quality first-hand video. I still feel like there is more to the story: the director of the canal authority was way less than forthcoming, and Mr. Hunter's zeal for the cause isn't fully explained either. (Both were relatively tight-lipped about their motivations, and a reporter can only do so much in a video interview setting.)
Typical 60 minutes slanted story. Listen to the tone of the reporter. Clearly biased, clearly one-sided. No discussion of how to stop illegals, but rather plays on our emotions to do something about this "horrible canal", do something to make it easier for illegals to enter the country.
