This opinion piece has minimal journalistic merit. It is totally one-sided in favor of the Democrats, and one-sided makes for bad journaism. The author does not note the Rathergate scandal, which was a far bigger smear than anything brought out against Kerry (and thus far Kerry and his supporters have not successfully challenged any of the major charges). The author provides a false statement that the recounting of the ballots by news orgfanizations said Gore would have won Florida, when all but two of the many studies showed that Bush would have won on any recount.
