Filter the Best Stuff to the Front Page

Sites like NewsTrust take it for granted that expansion of the media space is a good thing. But filtering and forwarding systems must keep pace. In this thoughtful blog post, Jay Rosen describes a recent collaboration between NewsTrust, HuffPo and his OffTheBus project, to find the best journalism on John McCain. This article is quite accurate, and presents fairly some of the challenges and opportunities we encountered during this project.
