Citing his own observations, reports from Gaza and independent eyewitness observations, Dijani argues that there is clear evidence that both Hamas and Israel targeted civilians (Israel being the more effective) and both should investigate and punish war criminals rather than ignore Goldstone's report or rationalize their actions.

In the Israeli - Palestinian conflict I believe that the only innocents are the apolitical and agrieved civilians on both sides.
