This opinion piece by arch conservative Peter Schweizer who makes a living writing books that promote counter-intuitive arguments similar to the one in this column, is not good journalism. Taking a position and then choosing data and analyzing it in a way as to seemingly confirm your position is the ultimate slight of hand, but it does little to inform and enlighten. Purely an opinion piece. I'd rate this article the same even if I agreed with it, which I don't. "'I'll have babies if you pay for them,' one Leftie blogger said on the social networking website yelp.com." See? An anonymous blogger said something on an insignificant platform - I can use that to back up my argument! What tripe.

This is news???(it's listed under the news tab on the MailOnline website). No no no...this is merely the collection of some anectdotal and "in my experience" "evidence" to completely misrepresent both conservatives and liberals. What's more, the statistics/survey research that the author utilizes demonstrate the way in which statistics should not be used. For example, it seems somewhat duplicitous to de-contextualize some or one piece of survey research, set it along side your own ... More »
