This article fails to ask some important questions. I states one case where a large farm was fined for over applying animal waste. The story also states that problems in 2006 were never pinpointed. Why is a town using individual wells rather than providing water?

The report combines interviews, reviews of reports, opinion, personal stories, etc. It speaks to a real problem that keeps being ignored.
